Provincetown, MA – Seamen’s Bank is pleased to announce the promotions of Rosa Buttrick to Director of Branch Products and Services, and Stephanie Jepsen to Director of Branch Engagement. “We have developed these two new positions to increase our focus on training and development of our branch teams and to further enhance our customer’s experience with our new products and services”, said Lori Meads, President and CEO, Seamen’s Bank.
Rosa has over thirty years experience in the banking industry and has held several positions within the bank. As Director of Branch Products and Services, Rosa will serve as the subject matter expert on all consumer and business banking products, with oversight on compliance and audit schedules. Rosa is involved in various non-profit organizations, currently serving as the Treasurer of the Fleet Fund, and is on the Board of Money Management for Elder Services of Cape Cod and the Islands. Rosa and her husband reside in Orleans and enjoy traveling, boating, and spending quality time with their family, especially their grandchildren.
Stephanie has been with the bank since 2020 as the Business Development Officer and Manager of the Bank’s North Eastham Office. In her new role, Stephanie’s focus will include employee and customer engagement. She will be working closely with the Branch Managers on training and development initiatives and continuing to foster a positive customer experience and workplace culture. Stephanie is a Board Member of The Cape Cod Children’s Place as well as a member of Cape Cod Firefighter/EMS Cancer Relief Fund. Stephanie resides in South Chatham and enjoys spending time with friends and family.
