Bank elevates team members to enhance its customer’s experience to align with new products and services. 

Provincetown, MA – Seamen’s Bank recently announced the promotions of five management team members in the areas of lending, training, and branch operations. The employees promoted were:

  • Toni Anderson, Training Manager
  • Trina Brown, Director of Quality Control
  • Stacey White, IRA Specialist
  • Kristie DeStefano, Assistant Branch Manager
  • Gina Ramos, Assistant Branch Manager

Toni Anderson joined Seamen’s Bank in June 2021. She began her banking career in England in 1993 and joined Seamen’s Bank with over two decades of banking experience. Toni earned her BA in Business, with a focus on Training and Development, from UMASS Amherst. In her new role as Training Manager, she will be responsible for the development and coordination of bank-wide training and development programs. Toni is a volunteer with the Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts.

Trina Brown joined Seamen’s Bank in March of 2022, bringing with her over two decades of extensive banking experience.  In her new role as Director of Quality Control, Trina will oversee the review of all Residential, Commercial, and Consumer loan files, and supervise the support staff in this area.  A native Cape Codder, Trina attended East Carolina University and in 1997 moved back to the Cape. Trina is a volunteer for the Annual Swim for Life and served on the board of the Cape Cod Children’s Place as well as the board of the Eastham Chamber of Commerce.

Stacey White is a Truro native and began working for Seamen’s Bank as a Teller in 2000 and became the Assistant Branch Manager in 2014 and was promoted to Manager of the Truro Office in 2019. With the addition to her current role, Stacey will have oversight of the bank’s IRA program and serve as the subject matter expert for our employees and customers. Stacey has served as Treasurer for both the Truro Treasures Committee and the Truro Chamber of Commerce for many years.

Kristie DeStefano first joined Seamen’s Bank in 2021 as a Teller and later moved into the role of Customer Service Representative. Kristie has over 12 years of banking experience and as Assistant Manager Kristie will provide administrative and managerial support to the Eastham Office.

Gina Ramos is a Wellfleet native and first joined Seamen’s Bank in 1998 as a teller and was promoted to Head Teller in the Wellfleet Branch until 2000. Gina worked for a large corporate retail company as an asset protection associate until she was recruited back to Seamen’s bank in 2022 as the Head Teller for the Main Office. Gina’s promotion to Assistant Manager will strengthen the branch management team by providing additional administrative and supervisory support.  Gina represents the Bank at local events and is always willing to volunteer for our nonprofits that serve our communities.
