Seamen’s Bank is pleased to announce that Carol Forgione has joined Seamen’s Bank as the Vice President of Human Resources. Carol comes with over 17 years of experience with areas of expertise in employee relations, employment law and HR compliance, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, HR policy development, performance management, training and development, and payroll administration.
“Carol will be a valuable addition to the Bank’s Senior Management Team as Vice President of Human Resources” said President and CEO Lori Meads. “Her expertise and knowledge will provide our Officers and Employees the level of support they deserve and provide the guidance they need to thrive in these ever-changing times.”
Prior to joining Seamen’s Bank, Carol was the Director of Human Resources for a local school district, and Vice President/Director of Human Resources for a local community bank. In these roles Carol provided both strategic and tactical oversight of their Human Resource Departments.
Carol holds a Master of Business Administration from Rivier College, and a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration from UMass Lowell. As an active member of the Lower Cape Community, Carol has previously volunteered for many local organizations including, Brewster Elementary PTO, Habitat for Humanity, Chair of Scholarship Committee for the Cape Cod Human Resources Association and Chair of Search Committee for the Town of Brewster Town Administrator Search.
