Congratulations to Trina Brown, our Employee of the Year, and Sara Daly, our Teller of the Year! Trina and Sara have been recognized for their motivation and willingness to go beyond expectations to assist their customers and co-workers.
Trina Brown joined Seamen’s Bank as a Quality Control Specialist in March of 2022, bringing with her over two decades of banking experience. In her new role as Director of Quality Control, Trina will oversee the review of all Residential, Commercial, and Consumer loan files, as well as oversee the support staff in this area. A native Cape Codder, Trina grew up in Orleans, she attended East Carolina University and then lived in Maryland for a short period. In 1997 Trina moved back home, to the beaches she loves, to raise her son. Currently, she resides in Orleans with her fiancé Jon and son Jamie, with frequent visits from her stepchildren – Ben, Dusitn, and Autumn. Trina enjoys travel and spending time with family and friends.
Sara Daly has over 20 years of experience working in customer service and retail management before she joined Seamen’s Bank in November 2020. Sara began as a teller in Eastham, where she was later promoted to Senior Teller. She is currently the President of Cape Cod Roller Derby, a local women’s sports league and non-profit. A native of Hyannis, she currently lives in Centerville with her two dogs and two cats.
