Effective January 1, 2023, Seamen’s Bank will no longer charge consumer and business customers overdraft and non-sufficient funds (NSF) fees as well as any fees associated with insufficient funds and uncollected funds. This step was taken to further demonstrate the Bank’s commitment to its customers and community members by responding to their financial needs.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the bank temporarily waived fees associated with overdrafts to acknowledge the financial challenges of their customers and community members.
