Target released a statement confirming a breach of consumer credit and debit card accounts. This incident does not involve a breach at Seamen’s Bank. If you shopped at a Target location from November 27th through December 15th, the Bank has issued you a new Visa Debit Card. To further protect your account from any potential fraudulent activity, our Product Risk Management Team will continue to monitor your existing card activity and should any transactions appear to be unusual or suspicious, they will contact you immediately.
