Seamen’s Bank is proud to announce the promotions of two employees to acknowledge their individual performance and their achievements within the Bank.
“Lynn and Gina are committed to ensuring secure and efficient service for our customers and internal teams” said Lori Meads, President and CEO of Seamen’s Bank. “Their promotions are a well-deserved recognition of their hard work, and we are proud to see them grow within the Bank and look forward to their continued contributions.”
Lynn Costa – Promoted to Deposit Operations Controls Manager. In her new role, Lynn will oversee
compliance controls and assist in audit preparation within Deposit Operations. Lynn was raised in
Provincetown and started her career as a teller in 1986 before moving to Deposit Operations in the mid-
1990s, where she has taken on many roles and contributed to growth within the department.
Gina Ramos – Promoted to Senior Operations Coordinator. Gina is a graduate of Nauset Regional High
School, a Wellfleet native, and first joined Seamen’s Bank in 1998 as a teller and was promoted to Head
Teller in the Wellfleet Branch until 2000. Gina then worked as an asset protection associate at a large
corporate retail company. In 2022, she was recruited back to Seamen’s Bank as the Head Teller for the
Main Office and in 2023, she was promoted to Assistant Manager and then Branch Manager at the
Shank Painter branch. She transitioned to the Operations Department as an Error Resolution Specialist.
Gina represents the Bank at local events and is always willing to volunteer for our nonprofits that serve
our communities.
