All you need to get started is your
Account numbers
4 digit Personal ID (PIN) number.
For personal
accounts, the PIN is the last four digits of the primary account
holder's social security number. For security purposes, you will
be required to change the PIN by pressing 5 when you are in the
introductory menu. For corporate accounts, you will need
to call your local Seamen's branch to set up a pin number prior
to accessing telephone banking information.

Electronic Funds Transfer Disclosure
Your Rights and Responsibilities
By following
the directions provided, you can use the telephone banking service
and your personal identification number to access your checking,
savings, money market and loan accounts. Indicated below are types
of Electronic Fund Transfers we are capable of handling, some of
which may not apply to your account.
Please read
this disclosure carefully because it tells you your rights and obligations
for the transactions listed. You should keep this notice for future
reference.
Telephone
Transfers ~ Types of transfers and frequency limitations.
Call via your
touch tone phone. Our 24 hour toll~free number is 1~ 877~639~6492.
Follow the pre~recorded instructions for easy access to bank hours
and locations and to get your account, line of credit and tax information.
Per Federal
regulations, you may make no more than six transfers per statement
cycle. Transfers made via telephone banking prior to 7pm will be
made available immediately. Transfers made after 7pm will be available
the next calendar day. Transfers may be made in whole dollar amounts
of no less than $10. (ten dollars.) When transferring funds from
a money market account, you may only make six transfers from your
account each statement cycle, of which no more that three may be
made payable to third parties by check or debit card. For additional
disclosure information, refer to the Electronic Funds Transfer Agreement
and Disclosure section in our Deposit Account Disclosure.
No written receipt
is given for most telephone banking transactions; however, the information
is confirmed verbally by the system at the time the transaction
takes place and is also noted on your monthly statement.
